You can report that person to the PMI. You can do that through their contact us form since they don't seem an official way of doing that. However, I doubt you can get anything out of that. PMI simply can't do anything if someone is lying. It's the same way if someone is lying about having an MBA while he only has a BA. The best thing that PMI can do, and which seems to already have done, is to remove that person from the registry.
It's up to the company hiring that person to check the registry, and it's not up to PMI to stop people from lying.
