Is there a strategic project management certificate?

All of the project management certifications that I know of are for "general project management". I want to get a certificate in strategic project management? Is there one?

If there is a strategic PM certificate, then:

- How much does it cost?
- Who provides it?
- How to apply and what is the eligibility criteria?

There is no such thing as a strategic project management certificate. Not that I know of, at least. PMI does not have any certification name like this, nor does any other known project management body.

I have noticed that there are some universities/institutions that offer a diploma in strategic project management. The definition of strategic leadership, however, differs from one university/institution to another:

- Some universities/institutions define strategic project management as the right leadership
- Others claim that it's about Program Management
- Some claim that it's about the PMO

I have also seen strategic project management being defined as PPM, Enterprise Project Management, EPMO, etc... Bottom line is that there is education about strategic project management, but it's not a standard education as the definition of the term is not the same across the board.
