what steps should be taken with regards to the triple constraints if a project is shortened

asked 11 years ago by anonymous edited 11 years ago by humblepm

Since the main constraints are:

- Time
- Cost
- Scope

If the schedule (time) is shortened, then either the cost will increase or the scope will shrink. In other words, we might add more resources and/or we might lower the quality or remove some of the features to be able to finish the project on time.
