Please give me an example of a project SOW (Statement of Work). Does every project needs a statement of work? Also what is the difference between the statement of work and the scope of work?

Yes every project needs a SOW. The scope of work is part of the statement of work. The scope of work briefly defines all the work that should be included in the project.
